Eligibility and Account Registration

Deposits

Players may deposit funds using any payment method made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from an account or wallet held in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may lead to account closure. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. b555 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to the player's b555 wallet only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. b555 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the same account. b555 processes most withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. b555 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement attached to the balance being withdrawn. b555 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, provider fees may apply. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers issued by b555, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and any other incentive, are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. General bonus rules: (a) Bonuses are credited to the player's account wallet after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. (b) All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be requested. (c) The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer's individual terms. (d) b555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. (e) Players who abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering, or collusion, will have bonuses removed and may have accounts suspended.

Clause 6

Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on b555 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published on the Platform. b555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by: (a) a palpable error in the offered odds; (b) a clear technical malfunction; (c) any event that has already commenced or concluded at the time the bet was placed; or (d) any event subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's wallet. b555's decision on the settlement of any sporting event is final. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant developments in the event. Any bet confirmed before a suspension is valid; bets placed after a market suspension may be void.

Clause 7

Casino Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game operates under the rules and RTP (Return to Player) parameters set by the respective provider. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game round, b555's standard policy is to void the affected round and return the bet to the player's wallet. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b555 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance seizure, and reporting to relevant authorities: (a) using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any form of artificial assistance to gain an unfair advantage; (b) collusion with other players or dealers; (c) money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity intended to obscure the origin of funds; (d) providing false identity documents during KYC verification; (e) opening multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers; (f) using the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party; (g) attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or palpably incorrect odds; (h) threatening, harassing, or abusing b555 staff or other users.

Responsible Gaming

Clause 10

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

b555 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion if: (a) the player is found to have bre ached these Terms; (b) the account is suspected of being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity; (c) the player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) b555 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the last used payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and the completion of identity verification. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. b555 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime events are communicated via the Platform where reasonably possible. b555's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Clause 12

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between b555 and a player, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the b555 support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration. b555's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding unless a material error can be demonstrated.
